When you run a free check: the business name, type, city, region, country and website you enter, and optionally your email. We log your IP address to limit abuse (3 free checks per day). Partner and job forms: what you type in.
To run your check, show your report, contact you if you asked us to, and improve the service. We send the questions to Google's Gemini models to produce AI answers. We do not sell personal data.
Reports have private, unguessable links. The AI Shortlist publishes business names exactly as AI returned them for public questions. Any business can ask for a correction or removal at hello@saysyouai.com.
We keep check data for up to 24 months. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or Australia you also have the rights your local privacy law gives you.
