These terms cover SaysYou services provided by KABD Consulting LLC, New Mexico, USA.
SaysYou works to improve how often AI assistants name a client business, through profile, directory, review, content and reputation work, and measures it monthly. AI answers change and are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any ranking, position or number of leads.
The tracked questions are fixed at onboarding and shown in every report. If the client is not named in any tracked answer within 60 days after setup is delivered, we keep working at no monthly charge until the monthly measurement shows them named at least once.
While a client is active, we do not take another client in the same trade in the same city. The trade and city are written in the order.
Setup is paid upfront and refunded in full if the setup work is not delivered within 14 days. The monthly fee starts on day 31, is billed monthly in advance and runs month to month with no contract. Cancel by email any time. Work already done stays with the client.
Clients give accurate business facts, approve profiles, and only ask real customers for reviews. We never write fake reviews or post fake content, and we will end service if asked to.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. Governing law: New Mexico, USA.
